Scope of services agreed with TRADhEiR named as EMEA Market Access Partner on a non-exclusive basis. Finnick acts as lead legal adviser on all EU regulatory matters; the formal partnership agreement is still to be executed, and the scope document says plainly that no agency or fiduciary relationship exists until it is.
