The short version. We hold your email because you sent it. We show it to nobody until you tell us which firm to send it to. We delete it on request. There are no cookies on this site and there is no mailing list to escape from.
Who you are dealing with
TRADhEiR is a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. One person reads what you send. There is no team, no call centre and no outsourced inbox.
We are not a firm of solicitors. We are not registered with the Immigration Advice Authority. We hold no financial services permissions. We find independent firms and put you in touch with them. The firm you choose does the work and is accountable for it.
You can reach us at ask@tradheir.com. We do not publish a street address because this is run from home, and we will give you one in writing if you have a formal reason to need it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to put in your message. That is usually your name, your email address, the country involved and a description of what is stuck. Some people attach documents. We do not ask for anything else and you should not send more than the situation needs.
If you fill in a form on one of our ads, Google passes us the same sort of thing: name, email, country and what the problem is.
We do not collect your date of birth, your passport, your bank details or your national insurance number. If a firm needs those later, that firm will ask you directly and hold them under its own rules.
Cookies, and why there are none
This site sets no cookies. Nothing is stored on your device. There is no advertising pixel, no Facebook tag and no session tracking.
We count visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It tells us how many people landed on a page and roughly which country they came from. It cannot tell us who you are and it does not follow you to any other website.
If you arrive from a Google advert, Google knows you clicked it. That happens on Google's side, before you reach us, and it is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
Who else sees your message
Nobody, until you say so.
When we think a particular firm fits, we tell you which firm and why. You decide. Only when you agree do we pass your details on, and we pass on what is needed for that firm to understand the job, not the whole conversation.
We do not sell data. We do not rent it, swap it or build a list from it. You will not receive a newsletter, because there is not one.
Our email runs on IONOS and our site runs on Cloudflare. Both are suppliers, not audiences. They hold the message in the ordinary course of carrying it, the same way a postal service holds a letter.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Under UK data protection law there has to be a lawful basis. Ours is legitimate interests: you wrote to us asking for help, and we cannot answer without reading what you wrote.
If you send us something sensitive, such as details of an illness or a family dispute, we treat it as necessary for handling your enquiry and for establishing or defending legal claims where that applies. You are never obliged to include it.
How long we keep it
If nothing comes of your enquiry, we delete it within twelve months.
If we introduce you to a firm, we keep a record of that introduction for six years. That is because a fee is involved and we may need to show what was agreed and when. The record is the introduction itself, not your whole story.
You can ask us to delete anything sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
What you can make us do
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you. It is free and we answer within one month.
You can ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
You can ask us to delete it.
You can tell us to stop using it, and you can object to us holding it at all.
Email ask@tradheir.com and say which of those you want. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to use any particular wording.
If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. You are entitled to go to them directly, though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Where your information goes
The firms we introduce you to work in fifteen countries. If the right firm for you is outside the UK, your details go outside the UK, and the protection there may be weaker than it is here.
We tell you which country before anything is sent, and nothing is sent without your agreement. If you would rather stay with a UK firm only, say so in your first email and we will work within that.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything about anyone under eighteen. If you think we have, email us and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the bottom changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we do with your information and leave the date alone.

Ask before you send anything.
If you want to know whether we would keep a particular document, or which country a firm sits in, write and ask first with no details in the message. That is a normal thing to do and we will answer it.
